During meetings, auditors also measure communication and risk indicators. <strong>They also check the impact of SLAs<\/strong> concluded with suppliers on the key KPIs operating in the company.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Modern IT tools for contract management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The next stage is <a href=\"https:\/\/eveneum.com\/en\/oferta\/business-consulting\/audyty-kontraktow\/\"><strong>analysis of the level of digitisation in the area of contract management<\/strong><\/a>. Indeed, this is an area where there are huge reserves. This stage <b>aims to identify possible benefits<\/b> related to the use of state-of-the-art information technologies, such as the. <a href=\"https:\/\/davinci-studio.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>machine learning<\/strong><\/a>, tokenisation with Blockchain or ESSA.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Final report<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>The final stage of the contract audit<\/strong> is to prepare a report. More often than not, the report includes a series of recommendations on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimise risks associated with the delivery area.<\/li>\n<li>Optimisation of KPIs to achieve company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Optimise terms and conditions with suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Automation and digitalisation of purchasing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Increasing cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Increase the impact of suppliers on the company's level of competitiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Often the report also includes recommendations for implementing or optimising key supplier development programmes.<\/p>\n<p>The report is an excellent tool not only for purchasing managers and employees. It enables the identification of potential competitive advantages resulting from cooperation with specific suppliers and makes it possible to increase the level of innovation in the company.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Contract audit and supplier relations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>One of the most common problems with contract audits is the<\/strong> their impact on commercial relations with suppliers. This is not surprising. Indeed, it is often found that suppliers feel affected by the mere fact of carrying out inspections.<\/p>\n<p>That is why <strong>effective communication between the purchasing organisation and suppliers is vital<\/strong>. This communication must not be limited to presenting the purpose of the audit, and buyers should focus on detailing the reasons for the audit and outlining the benefits of the audit. This minimises the risk of straining supplier relationships.<\/p>\n<p>It is interesting to note that <strong>a well prepared and enforced communication plan can help strengthen business relationships<\/strong>. Indeed, it turns out that adequate information encourages suppliers to undergo an audit. Why? Well, suppliers see the audit as an opportunity to improve their own business efficiency and credibility in the eyes of buyers.
