Representatives of leading companies in Poland faced demanding negotiation challenges. After an intense struggle, the best participants were selected by a jury. All participants demonstrated excellent negotiation and mediation skills. Her talk showed how crucial our inner values are in the negotiation decision-making process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, Henryk Filak of KAM Project encouraged participants to take a deeper look at the 80\/20 rule in his presentation entitled \u201eThe seductive charm of the 80\/20 rule\u2033. His analysis provided an understanding of how to use the rule effectively in business practice, as well as what misconceptions may accompany it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eveneum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1U4A8247.jpg\" alt=\"1U4A8247\" title=\"1U4A8247\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eveneum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1U4A8323.jpg\" alt=\"1U4A8323\" title=\"1U4A8323\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\t\tUniqueness of the sixth edition\n\t<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year's edition of the Tournament was unique - for the first time the negotiations were conducted in English. While this may have posed an additional challenge, all participants coped well, showing their flexibility and preparation.
