During the Strategic Category Management training, we focus on the areas that strengthen the company\u2019s position at the strategic level.<\/p>\n

The programme provides a logical, structured pathway from analysing the role that procurement plays in the organisation, to consciously managing relationships with internal business partners, defining and structuring a procurement strategy, to supplier relationship management (SRM).
