What lessons will we surely learn from the situation we all find ourselves in in pandemic year 2020? Well, one that business strategies, especially in the supply chain area, need to change. Risk management cannot be an ad hoc and occasional process for larger projects. A structured, professional risk management process should be the DNA of every organisation.<\/p>\n

This workshop, is dedicated to procurement and supply chain staff and other functions in the organisation responsible for negotiating and contracting services with the organisation's external partners.<\/p>\n
