Rafal Dados is a business consultant with more than 21 years of practical experience in project and strategic purchasing, gained in international industrial organisations with high operational complexity.
He built his career in the global purchasing structures of the Pilkington Group, Delphi Automotive and Rolls-Royce He has held roles in strategic sourcing, project procurement, and risk management. He has led executive-level negotiations and managed crisis response teams.
At Rolls-Royce Marine, he worked as Global Category Manager, responsible for procurement strategies for LNG systems, offshore applications, and key NPI projects, among others. He led the transfer of Nordic suppliers to CEE and Asia and managed financial, quality and contractual risks. He was involved in the global ERP transformation programme and source-to-pay process redesign. He reported the results of the entire strategic purchasing department directly to the board.

For more than seven years he worked at Cisco as Supply Chain Operations Manager, managing global logistics operations. At Delphi, he held various roles, including EMEA Supply Chain Optimisation Supervisor. He holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Cracow University of Economics and a postgraduate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
