Expert in consultation, mediation and negotiation with Trade Unions / Workers' Council. She has managed HR departments at national level with responsibility for 6 Delphi Automotive production sites and the European Technical Centre. Specialist in restructuring processes, change management in production plants and HR outsourcing processes. Lecturer in Executive MBA studies at the University of Lodz. She cooperates with Eveneum on HR-related projects. Juror of the National Business Negotiation and Mediation Tournament organised by Eveneum and the Foundation of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.
