Jan Zborucki

HR consultant, trainer, and facilitator with over 13 years of professional experience. He has delivered training projects across industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, oil & gas, and business services. His corporate background is rooted in HR within the aviation, maritime, medtech, labtech, and insuretech sectors, working across Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. He co-founded three new business service centers and co-led global procurement centralization initiatives in the maritime industry by implementing a category management–based organization, as well as in aviation by establishing a global shared services center in Poland. In these roles, he reported directly to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO). He holds a degree in psychology.
