Rafal Dados is a business consultant with more than 21 years of practical experience in project and strategic purchasing, gained in international industrial organisations with high operational complexity.

He built his career in the global purchasing structures of the Pilkington Group, Delphi Automotive and Rolls-Royce He has held roles in strategic sourcing, project procurement, and risk management. He has led executive-level negotiations and managed crisis response teams.

At Rolls-Royce Marine, he worked as Global Category Manager, responsible for procurement strategies for LNG systems, offshore applications, and key NPI projects, among others. He led the transfer of Nordic suppliers to CEE and Asia and managed financial, quality and contractual risks. He was involved in the global ERP transformation programme and source-to-pay process redesign. He reported the results of the entire strategic purchasing department directly to the board.

At Delphi Automotive, he managed purchasing categories in EMEA and globally, leading key negotiations, raw material purchasing consolidation, supplier localisation programmes and total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction initiatives. In previous roles, he was responsible for global purchasing of electrical and electronic systems.

At Pilkington Group, he proved his effectiveness in the area of indirect purchasing. He was responsible for European purchasing of transport services and packaging. Working with the engineering departments, he led the optimisation of returnable packaging design and reduced the cost of transport services.

At Eveneum, Rafal supports clients in the areas of project procurement, new product implementation (NPI), negotiations on behalf of clients and the implementation of digital solutions to optimise the work of buyers. In the training area, he specialises in cost analytics, negotiations and supply chain risk management at a strategic level.

Rafal's projects are delivering measurable business results, including an average of 12.5% of savings in outsourcing projects for a textile machinery manufacturer and 8% of cost reductions in the Commercial Property Management category for a global white goods manufacturer.

Rafal is a speaker at national and international purchasing conferences and a lecturer of the purchasing faculty at Jagiellonian University. He holds an MBA from WSB-NLU and a master's degree in economics.
