Szymon Tochowicz is a consultant and training expert, combining an engineering background with commercial experience in the areas of sales and purchasing. As an aerospace engineer and former purchasing director, he has worked in international industrial environments, including FiatAvio, Delphi Automotive and Rolls-Royce, where he gained practical experience at both operational and strategic levels.
At Rolls-Royce, he developed the first global sourcing strategy for composite materials, a key part of building the organisation's technological edge. For more than 11 years, he has supported boards and sales and procurement leaders in Europe and globally, including in complex commercial and negotiations with trade unions. As a result, his clients have achieved measurable outcomes, including savings of up to 20% and agreements that prevented plant shutdowns.
Szymon provides executive coaching for senior leaders, focusing on strengthening their negotiation effectiveness. In the energy sector, he has worked with procurement directors and managers to optimize sourcing strategies, improving delivery reliability while meeting ambitious budget targets.
Szymon focuses primarily on supporting strategically critical sales and procurement negotiations, optimizing supplier-side costs and processes, and developing sourcing strategies. More than 80% of the training programs he delivers are tailored to the specific expectations and business realities of his clients.
He is a lecturer at the Jagiellonian University, a former lecturer at EIPM in France, and a graduate of the MBA program at WSB-NLU.
