Description of training
The first workshop in Poland, dedicated to people who negotiate mainly remotely, by phone, email or using electronic tools, including image sharing.
The training focuses on negotiating in a remote environment, taking into account the different channels of communication and their impact on the course and effectiveness of conversations. Participants learn about the three levels of influence in remote negotiation and how to consciously choose the form of contact to suit the purpose of the negotiation.
The programme covers email, telephone and videoconference negotiation, with a discussion of their specifics, limitations and typical challenges. Special attention is given to anticipatory negotiation activities that allow you to better prepare for remote conversations and strengthen your negotiating position.
The training is delivered in the form of a mini-lecture, discussion and practical exercises, including a negotiation game and analysis of recordings of split-screen negotiations.
