Key benefits of training

Participants will gain practical skills to reduce waste and optimise processes, which will translate into lower operating costs

The training allows you to assess when and to what extent to invest in robotisation, supporting you in making the right strategic decisions for the future of your plant

Using Lean tools such as 5S or SMED, participants will improve the organisation of workstations, which will improve the fluidity and quality of production

Description of training

Lean Manufacturing - optimise processes, reduce costs, achieve manufacturing mastery!

Wondering how to improve efficiency in your production facility? Not sure where to start the improvement process? Or maybe you are wondering whether it is profitable to invest in the robotisation of production processes and when it is worth implementing it? Our training will help you find answers to these questions and implement effective solutions in your company.

The Lean Manufacturing - Basics training course is a comprehensive introduction to a methodology that has been improving production processes in leading industrial plants for years. Learn how to effectively manage production, eliminate waste and optimise processes. You will understand how to use Lean tools to improve productivity and quality, and how to introduce process automation in response to rising labour costs.

During the training, participants will have the opportunity to work on a production simulation, taking on different roles (logistics, production, quality), making improvements and analysing real factors such as costs, production time and machine breakdowns. This practical approach will help to build a more efficient production facility and teach how to involve the team in a continuous improvement process.

The training is delivered in two versions:

  • for one company on its premises with the possibility of individual workshops in the hall production, or
  • in the form of general off-site workshops for representatives of various companies.
