Memorable lectures
The Negotiation and Mediation Tournament for Business is not only an exciting competition - it is also an opportunity to inspire participants through the stories of our exceptional guests.
This year Ania Gawlikowska i Henryk Filak shared their valuable insights and experience with the participants, enriching the Tournament with inspiring speeches.
We would like to thank Ania and Henry for sharing their knowledge and interesting presentations, which added a unique value to our event.
Ania Gawlikowska from Leaders Island opened the discussion with her insightful talk entitled „Personal values as a determinant of negotiation strategy”. Her talk showed how crucial our inner values are in the negotiation decision-making process.
On the other hand, Henryk Filak of KAM Project encouraged participants to take a deeper look at the 80/20 rule in his presentation entitled „The seductive charm of the 80/20 rule″. His analysis provided an understanding of how to use the rule effectively in business practice, as well as what misconceptions may accompany it.

Uniqueness of the sixth edition
This year's edition of the Tournament was unique - for the first time the negotiations were conducted in English. While this may have posed an additional challenge, all participants coped well, showing their flexibility and preparation. It is worth noting that grammar and linguistic fluency were not judged - it was the substance and negotiation strategy that mattered most.
