Efficient mapping of internal partners' needs and motivations. Persuading and engaging partners in project implementation. Managing the project team, including the RASIC method.
Building a project plan: backward and forward planning, critical path, milestones, decision points. Selection of tools and approaches to the scale and risk of the project.
Defining what a project is in purchasing. Routine activities vs. project management. Using project skills where procedures and processes fail.
Description of training
Purchasing is one of the most interdisciplinary functions in a company. Different business processes intersect on the buyer's desk, which requires a high level of work planning skills in the short and long term.
Often, a typical day of a merchant is filled with sudden “drop-ins” with deadlines “yesterday”. The merchant has to plan his day, his week, his month's work in such a way that, on the one hand, he delivers a result at the end of the year for which he will be held accountable and, on the other hand, supports his internal business partners in achieving their goals.
The training will enable buyers to better manage their purchasing project, to choose skilfully between LEAN and AGILE behaviour, while effectively supporting the business unit to which they belong.
Training based on the idea of EDUTAINMENT, delivered from a green box studio (just like TV programmes), ensuring high interaction and involvement of participants.
