HRBP Negotiations
Programme objectives
Benefits of participating in the executive programme
Programme description
The “HRBP Negotiations” training is a practical workshop focused on the specific nature of negotiations in Human Resources. In today’s dynamic business environment, HR professionals and managers are often faced with challenging conversations that are critical to organisational success – from talent acquisition and compensation management to dispute resolution. Each of these interactions is, in fact, a negotiation process that requires a strategic approach and strong negotiation skills. Therefore, during the workshop, we analyse the following negotiation scenarios: negotiations with candidates, trade unions and HR agencies.
During the training, participants are introduced to Eveneum’s proprietary Eveneum Negotiation Compass® methodology, which provides a structured approach to preparing for and conducting negotiations. They will learn how to build a positive professional image, strengthen their authority, and communicate effectively, even under pressure. The programme also provides an in-depth approach to negotiation preparation, including analysing the other party’s interests, leveraging the organisation’s Unique Selling Points (USPs), and managing behaviours at key stages of the employee lifecycle.
The training is fully interactive, featuring a range of practical exercises, simulations and case studies, enabling participants to immediately apply the knowledge and skills gained in practice. As a result, participants will become more effective in HRBP negotiations, improve their ability to manage relationships with employees and candidates, and develop the skills needed to create value for the organisation through a strategic approach to every conversation.
Programme phases

The programme includes practical Power Statement exercises, which are recorded and reviewed in real time, as well as guidance on structuring negotiations effectively – from a strong opening through to successful closure.
