Often, after starting out as a negotiator and having achieved initial successes, it happens that we rest on our laurels convinced that we have an innate talent. There is probably a lot of truth in this, as talent in business negotiation makes it much easier to achieve a goal. However, it is not the only factor in successful discussions.
