In addition, their six years of experience as a Sales Director provided a deep understanding of supplier-customer commercial relationships and a cross-functional perspective on stakeholder management both within and outside an organization. A graduate of the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan, with a degree in International Economics and Management. For this professional, people are the most important aspect of building business relationships, and the key to success lies in proper analysis of facts and data. They have worked for companies such as ABB, Alstom, International Airlines Group, Rolls-Royce, Valeo, and Varroc Lighting Systems. Throughout their career, they have managed procurement organizations of more than 240 people, serving business units across the globe. At Eveneum, they specialize in strategic procurement management, procurement organization transformation, and procurement category management. Privately, they are passionate about procurement, negotiation theory and practice, and serve as an academic lecturer at Jagiellonian University and WSZiB in Krakow.
