Cooperates with Eveneum on HR-related projects. Serves as a juror for the Nationwide Business Negotiation and Mediation Tournament, organized by Eveneum and the Foundation of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.

A professional in the areas of business controls, corporate governance, and compliance. She gained experience in internal control and compliance departments within corporations such as Philip Morris International, International Airlines Group, ABB, Cisco, and Coty. Currently, she runs a business consultancy specializing in compliance. She holds an Executive Doctor of Business Administration degree focusing on practical issues related to implementing compliance programs. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Konstantin Cerepanov

Head of Purchasing, expert in reorganization of operative purchasing departments

Head of Purchasing, expert in reorganization of operative purchasing departments at product manufacturing location to an integrated global procurement organization with common harmonized processes. Over 20 years in strategic procurement in computer, automotive, machine building and  healthcare. He worked, among others for: Delphi, Oerlikon, Saurer Group, AMEOS Group. He has managed purchasing organizations of over 70 people, serving business units in Germany, China, India, Austria and Swiss. At Eveneum, he specializes in strategic procurement trainings in the German, English and Russian language.

Szymon Tochowicz

With 20 years of experience in strategic procurement, he has been leading advisory and training projects for the past 10 years, 80% of which are tailored to clients' specific requirements. In their career, they have managed direct and indirect purchasing teams at the national, European, and global levels. At Eveneum, they specialize in negotiation training projects and developing long-term supplier collaboration strategies for clients. In the advisory area, they support clients in optimizing processes and preparing procurement organizations for an increasing scope of responsibilities and duties.

Konrad Krochmal

Boasting 11 years of experience in strategic and operational procurement across the white goods, maritime, aviation, and laboratory services industries at regional and global levels, this professional has worked in China, Poland, and the United Kingdom. A significant portion of their purchasing career focused on indirect procurement, with an emphasis on IT category management. In addition, their six years of experience as a Sales Director provided a deep understanding of supplier-customer commercial relationships and a cross-functional perspective on stakeholder management both within and outside an organization. A graduate of the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan, with a degree in International Economics and Management. For this professional, people are the most important aspect of building business relationships, and the key to success lies in proper analysis of facts and data. They believe there are no "lost negotiations," only those for which we have inadequately prepared.

Rafał Dados

Lecturer in Procurement Studies at Jagiellonian University

With 18 years of experience in project and strategic procurement, he has been a co-owner of Eveneum for the past 10 years – a company specializing in procurement consulting and training for industries that require building relationships and trust between partners. Their expertise lies in supporting clients in project procurement and early engagement of suppliers and procurement departments in development work. They execute projects such as negotiations on behalf of clients, supplier search, and negotiating cooperation terms on behalf of clients. They are a speaker at procurement conferences both domestically and internationally and a lecturer in the procurement field at Jagiellonian University.

Mateusz Rak

Global Purchasing Director, expert in transforming procurement function at the global level

With over 17 years of experience in strategic procurement management, creating and developing shared service centers, and building effective procurement teams, he has extensive experience in the rail, aviation, and automotive industries. They have worked for companies such as ABB, Alstom, International Airlines Group, Rolls-Royce, Valeo, and Varroc Lighting Systems. Throughout their career, they have managed procurement organizations of more than 240 people, serving business units across the globe. At Eveneum, they specialize in strategic procurement management, procurement organization transformation, and procurement category management. Privately, they are passionate about procurement, negotiation theory and practice, and serve as an academic lecturer at Jagiellonian University and WSZiB in Krakow.

Jan Zborucki

HR consultant, trainer, and facilitator

HR consultant, trainer, and facilitator with over 15 years of professional experience. They have implemented training projects in industries such as telco, manufacturing, oil & gas, and business services. Their corporate experience is linked to the HR field in aviation, maritime, medtech, labtech, and insuretech industries in Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. They have contributed to the creation of three new business service centers and co-led procurement centralization processes at the global level in the maritime sector, implementing a new organization based on a category management model, as well as in the aviation industry, building a global shared service center in Poland. They have reported directly to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO). They hold a degree in psychology.
