Procurement expert with in-depth knowledge in strategic sourcing, selecting new suppliers, price negotiations and costs reduction. Bernard started his career developing the sales network in Russian speaking countries for European companies. Between 2010 and 2018 the Strategic Buyer in the automotive industry responsible for global sourcing, risk assessment and implementation of global suppliers of resins. Until 2020 the Category Leader responsible for global negotiations, cost reduction, management and development of the portfolio of suppliers. Believes that the key to success in the global procurement is knowledge of the mentality and cultural context that allows effectively influence relationships with suppliers.
