The Third Edition of Tournament in Negotiation and Mediation for Business Professionals

The idea behind the event is to enable teams of negotiators to verify their skills in real life scenarios negotiation. The representatives of international companies faced each other. Their negotiation are assessed by experienced jury constituted of the experts from different companies and various business areas like finance, sales, operations, HR, procurement. Please be invited to read and to watch the brief summary of this year edition, which took place on 21st of September at TAURON Arena Kraków.

Top three teams recognized by the jury at The Third Edition of Tournament in Negotiation and Mediation for Business

At the final round six teams had a chance to compete for the trophy. The final three negotiation tables were observed by dozens of supporters. The verdict was announced at the end of the day during the official ceremony at the main stage of TAURON Arena Kraków !

The first place!

Artur Adamczyk and Sebastian Ręba from Fortaco Group are the 🏅winners. Congratulation🎉🎉🎉 for their extraordinary preparation to, the style and the final result of their negotiation! At the great ceremony held at TAURON Arena Kraków main arena they have received the trophy and the prize founded by BMW Dobrzański.

Artur and Sebastian will have an opportunity to test BMW 5 series Plug-In Hybrid. They will sheer driving pleasure to the hotel Modrzewie Park Hotel **** where they will spend a weekend celebrating their success 🙂

The second place!

Agnieszka Jagóra-Woźniak, Marcin Grabiwoda and Wojciech Zastąpiło from Sodexo took the 🎉excellent second🎉 place. Congratulation for their extraordinary preparation to, the style and the final result of their negotiation! At the great ceremony held at TAURON Arena Kraków main arena they have received the prize founded by Columna Medica Sp. z o.o..

Agnieszka, Marcin and Wojciech will have an opportunity to celebrate their extraordinary achievement at Comumna Medica Welsness and SPA, where they will spend a weekend celebrating their success 🙂

The third place!

Ewelina Romaniuk and Anna Poray-Zbrożek from Aptiv took 🎉fantastic third place🎉. Congratulation for their extraordinary preparation to, the style and the final result of their negotiation! At the great ceremony held at TAURON Arena Kraków main arena they have received the prize founded by Comarch Healthcare.

During the tournament participants wore on their wrist medical devices connected to the cloud, which constantly monitored their reaction to stress linked to the negotiation🔥. Anonymous results were displayed live at the main event screen. Some people reached truly high heart rate results🧨. Does negotiation put some stress on people???

Ewelina and Anna received such devices with annual subscription from Comarch Healthcare. They or their relatives who need constant monitoring could feel safe and could count on so called Medical Angel. At any time, if anything goes not well, assistance is provided!

At the tournament we hosted two excellent keynote speakers!

At the Negotiation and Mediation Tournament for Business Professionals beside emotions linked to the competition, we would like to inspire the participant also by inviting the special guests. This year Radek Bak shared his vast expertise in the field of negotiation in procurement. Thank you Radek very much for your speach!

Radek over the years mastered purchasing process management, creating purchasing strategies and managing relationships with key suppliers. He is passionated about improving the professional and personal development of his colleagues. As a part of the "Procure Plus" Program, he conducted functional and general business trainings for hundreds of participants in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He created from scratch (recruitment, implementation, training) a purchasing organization operating for factories in the USA and Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. At the invitation of the Polish-American Center in Łódź, he conducted classes on the Procurement Process for participants of the Executive MBA course as part of the program implemented under the aegis of the University of Łódź and the University of Maryland. From 2016, an accredited ENS (Effective Negotiation Skills) negotiation trainer.

Konrad Krochmal from Eurofins was a special guest at The Third Negotiation and Mediation Tournament for Business Professionals. We were glad to invite Konrad as he had vast experience in negotiation both on procurement and sales end at international level. In the past he was excellent in savings generation, today he is excellent in new busienss development:)

We challenged him with the task to confront the view of buyers and sellers on negotiation. He did an excellent speech proving how unbalanced access to the information can jeopardize anticipated results of the negotiation. Thank you Konrad for being with us at TAURON Arena Kraków!
